I'm pregnant and I don't know what to do. How do I make a decision? What are my options? Should I have an abortion?

Pregnancy can sometimes feel like a crisis, leading to difficult thougths and feelings. You may feel lonely, overwhelmed and anxious. Not every pregnancy is planned and some can come along at the wrong time or in difficult circumstances. It can be hard to decide what to do and where to turn for help.

If you are struggling with an unplanned pregnancy, our trained volunteers can help you. We offer a safe space where women and partners can talk about their choices and access available resources.

We are not here to make decisions on your behalf. Instead we can provide you with empathy, compassion and the opportunity to find real clarity and make an informed choice.

We can support you over the phone, online or in person.  Our support is free of charge.

“… I found Options and at last I was out of the torment of having to make what seemed like an impossible decision……..I would love for everyone who is unsure whether to keep their baby, to be offered the service that Options provides….”
- anon.

”supportive, non-judgemental and safe space to talk about my feelings and untangle my thoughts….”
- anon.

Would this help someone you know?
